Es importante mencionar que el Festival Sabor es Morelos que inici\u00f3 en el 2009 se ha convertido en uno de los eventos m\u00e1s esperados del a\u00f1o por la ciudadan\u00eda y de mayor relevancia para el sector tur\u00edstico, al reactivar la econom\u00eda de los prestadores de servicios y del sector restaurantero, el evento de inauguraci\u00f3n de este a\u00f1o, inici\u00f3 con un c\u00f3ctel en donde se ofrecieron bebidas y rico bocadillos. El Salmon en Salsa de Mantequilla y Lim\u00f3n Aromatizado con Acuyo, preparado con un tamal de frijol envuelto en totomoxtla morado con micro ensalada de quelites y vinagreta de guayaba. Finalmente de poster tambi\u00e9n hubo dos opciones, el Mousse de Guayaba Rosa de Morelos realizado con una Compota de Mango y Maracuya y el Streusel de vainilla, &nbsp;y el volc\u00e1n de chocolate de Metate, que era un dulce de leche envinado con mezcal de la regi\u00f3n de Tepoztl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-attachment-id=\"2593\"
